At Ashley Renee Salon, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When a client does not show up or cancels without proper notice, it prevents us from accommodating other guests. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booked service. Card on File Requirement A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file in order to book an appointment. This card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may also be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service. Future Appointments Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be unable to book further services.
